Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 2-4 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may cover return shipping costs in such cases.

Refund Policy


Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your store credit . Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The store credit is valid till 6 months from the date of issue.
